Sharni is an Australian and American actress. Born in Sydney, Australia on 22nd July 1983. In the year 201, she made her acting debut on an Australian soap opera titled Home and Away. She was in a minor role for only two episodes. She was chosen to be the main character in the soap opera in Australia Home and Away because her performance in this limited part was so captivating that the casting agents wanted to cast her in different roles. She was however rejected for the part. So, in the very same show, Cassie Turner was selected as a troubled teenage child living in a foster home.
