Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor as well as a model. Following her decision to quit gymnastics Ariel Khadr began competing in fitness contests at the age of was a teenager. In 2017, she was 17 when she earned her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and an athlete sponsored by IFBB. She first began to participate in fitness competitions after quitting her gymnastics career from childhood. In the year 17 years old, she earned her Pro Card a year after. Thus becoming one of the oldest IFBB Pro in history. Ariel was able to take a break of six years from performing after she earned her Pro Card to complete her studies at college. In 2015, she returned to the stage to compete in top-quality contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. When she won her first competition, she competed several more years setting new goals. At the close of 2009, she won four more health titles. She also became one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all at the time (age 17) by winning at the 2010 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel Ariel Ariel was able to take an absence of six years from competitive sports when she earned her pro-card to finish her college education. She made a comeback in the month of October, 2015 when she made her first IFBB Fitness Pro debut in Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games. In the competition, she finished third. In the summer of 2016, she won at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. In the process, she qualified for Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, Ariel was on the Olympia Stage and won 6th in Fitness Division. Ariel acknowledges that she did not have any expectation. The athlete was satisfied with her placement. This is not a surprise since she did so well in light of the contest. Ariel keeps impressing with improvements to her physique each year. Ariel likes working out her back. The exercises she uses to work her back are bent-over rows that use single arm lat pull downs. She usually warms up first before moving on to the working sets. Ariel uses her time efficiently. Supersetting all of the exercises back into three to four 10- 12 repetition supersets is exactly what she does.
